Q. Bagaimana saya nak membeli barangan Ana Muslim secara online?
  Untuk membuat pesanan secara online:-

  1. Klik butang “Add to cart” di barangan atau produk yang ingin dibeli.
  2. Klik “Continue Shopping” untuk meneruskan pembelian dan menambah produk lain ke dalam cart atau klik “Checkout” untuk melakukan proses pembayaran.
  3. Anda akan dibawa ke halaman log in; sekiranya anda telah mempunyai akaun di www.anamuslimshop.com.my, anda hanya perlu memasukkan Username dan Password di ruangan yang disediakan.  Sekiranya anda tidak mempunyai akaun, anda perlu mendaftarkan akaun anda terlebih dahulu sebelum melakukan proses pembayaran.
  4. Anda perlu memastikan alamat anda di halaman “Shipping Address” betul dan klik butang “next”.
  5. Anda perlu memilih kaedah penghantaran daripada senarai yang disediakan dan klik butang “next”.
  6. Kemudian anda perlu memilih kaedah pembayaran daripada senarai yang disediakan dan klik butang “next”.
  7. Setelah semua proses di atas telah dilakukan, anda perlu memastikan sekali lagi semua maklumat anda telah betul dan klik di kotak terms and condition sekiranya anda setuju dengan syarat dan terma.
  8. Klik “Confirm Order” untuk melengkapkan pesanan.

 

Q. How do purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase :-

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
  4. You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
  5. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
  6. Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
  7. After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
  8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

Q. Bagaimana saya ingin menukar maklumat peribadi dan alamat penghantaran?

  • Log-in akaun anda → Klik di “Account Maintenance” → Tukar maklumat peribadi dan alamat penghantaran yang diingini.


Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

  • Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.

 


Q. Saya terlupa password untuk akaun saya. Bagaimana saya ingin mendapatkan password saya semula?

  1. Klik di “Lost Password?” dan isikan emel anda di ruangan yang disediakan.
  2. Tekan Submit.
  3. Maklumat pengesahan akan dihantar ke emel anda. Setelah anda menerima maklumat pengesahan, anda perlu memilih password baru bagi akaun anda.


Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

 

 


Q. Bolehkah saya membatalkan pesanan yang telah dibuat?
Ya, sekiranya pesanan anda masih lagi berstatus pending.

- Sila emelkan kepada [email protected] sekiranya anda ingin membatalkan pesanan.

- Pesanan yang telah diproses dan dipos tidak boleh dibatalkan.


Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes,  only if the order is still on pending status.

- Please send an email to our customers service email at [email protected] with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.

- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.

 



Q. Apakah matawang yang digunakan?
Semua proses pembayaran hanya boleh dilakukan dalam Ringgit Malaysia (RM).


Q. What is the product's transaction currency?

Penghantaran secara kebiasaannya mengambil masa 3 sehingga 5 hari bekerja selepas kami menerima maklumat pembayaran.
